You may have some questions or run into an issue while using LearnDash. We are here to help.


In these situations, you have two options:


  1. Self-help on our helpdesk: Questions can be answered without needing to open a ticket and wait for a reply.
  2. Contacting support: Your ticket resolution time is quicker if you give us as much information as possible, such as steps to recreate the issue, the URL of the exact course/page where you are experiencing trouble, please also use screenshots or videos to explain the issue.
